Group Counseling and Support Groups for Female Sexual Assault/Abuse Victims

In 2013 there were 251 sexual offenses reported throughout Chester County. A number of offenses are not reported due to the victims' shame, fear or sense of violation and privacy. Each year more than 100,000 American citizens - mostly young girls - are trafficked for prostitution within the United States according to the Pennsylvania Coalition Against Rape. The sexual exploitation of girls and women is being addressed and programs developed by the Crime Victims' Center to meet these victims' needs. The Crime Victims' Center is the only agency in Chester County that provides a comprehesive range of supportive services to victims of all types of crimes and their families.
