$5,000 GAB Grant | Girls' Club 

Provides intervention, education, outreach, advocacy and other programs to prevent, reduce and remedy domestic violence in Chester County. The grant empowers the provision of the direct services necessary to help victims become safe and self-reliant. The GAB grant supports safe spaces where girls can address the impact domestic violence has had on their lives and create a plan to move beyond it. 

$15,000 General Operating Support

Provides housing programs and services to families to prevent homelessness and to promote independent living and self-sufficiency. The grant supports the core needs of women by offering housing and homelessness prevention.

$5,000 GAB Grant | Legal Services to Victims of Labor Trafficking

Provides legal services to victims of labor trafficking. The grant supports community outreach and education programs that empower victims of labor trafficking by putting rights and referral information directly into their hands, and helps identify victims of labor trafficking in need of direct and immediate relief. 

$15,000 General Operating Support

Provides housing and supportive services to homeless and low-income women seeking to improve their lives and become self-sufficient. The grant empowers women with the means of tools to avoid homelessness and to advance their education and life/job skills so that they may break the cycle of poverty for themselves and for their children.

$15,000 General Operating Support

Provides case management and financial assistance to help single-parent families with dependent children avoid homelessness and achieve self-sufficiency. The grant empowers single mothers to face their challenges with confidence through programs and services. 

$2,500 GAB Grant | After-the-Bell

Promotes life and leadership skills and develops self-esteem, empowering over 140 young girls to reach their full potential. The grant supports the girls' after-school programming activities.

$10,000 Program Support | Safety and Family Stability

Provides quality civil legal representation to low-income and vulnerable people. The grant enables the Safety and Family Stability program to provide legal services to low-income, vulnerable Chester County women who face serious legal issues impacting their safety and family stability, and who cannot afford legal counsel.

$7,500 Program Support | Girls Program - Steps - to Success

Addresses the spiritual, emotional, academic and physical needs of young people by partnering with local churches, businesses, schools and social service organizations. The grant supports Steps to Success, a program empowering girls by promoting positive self-esteem, healthy body image and resilience. 

$5,000 General Operating Support

Aims to empower single women to become self-sufficient and independent by providing housing, counseling and supportive services. The grant enables Phoenixville Women's Outreach to add an additional ten hours per week to the Director of Resident Services position to ensure more time will be given to one-on-one meetings with residents. 

$8,000 General Operating Support
Empowers women in need to pursue employment and economic security through apparel, advice and advocacy. The grant enables the continuity of service for low-income women who depend on the services to obtain and retain employment and seek career guidance in an effort to advance the workforce resulting in increased earnings.
