BRIDGE OF HOPE OF LANCASTER AND CHESTER COUNTIES
Bridge of Hope of Lancaster and Chester Counties assists single mothers with dependent children, experiencing homelessness to secure permanent housing, stability, and access to resources in their communities through relationships with professional staff and through mentoring friendships from local congregations. With guidance from staff, each female client develops a plan for financial stability that includes specific goals and action steps.

Bridge of Hope is the only program in Chester County that includes a comprehensive roster of services designed to fully support a single mother's transition from homelessness to independence as well as providing a built-in support system of mentors from the community. Single mothers find it hard to afford housing for their families in Chester County. Bridge of Hope helps place participants into safe, permanent housing as soon as possible with rental assistance.
