Women and girls will have equality and security, making our communities stronger and more vibrant for everyone. The Fund will be seen as a vital partner and leader, known for its boldness, connectivity, and creativity as it brings together and supports individuals and organizations around a shared commitment to the well-being and self-determination of women and girls.

STAFF

MISSION

VISION

As you read our Annual Report, you will see that it has certainly been a productive year for the Chester County Fund for Women and Girls. We continued our legacy of philanthropy with a refined focus on four priority areas identified in our strategic plan:
    •    Meet the core needs of women and girls.
    •    Increase access to economic opportunities for
         women and girls.
    •    Promote health and wellness by addressing needs
specifically related to the health of women and girls.
    •    Invest in systems and sustainable change efforts to
         challenge gender inequality.

The Blueprint Report entitled, Leveraging Progress, points out how the remarkable social and economic progress made over the years can be utilized to address the stubborn disparities that still remain for women and girls.  This theme of leveraging progress that emerged from the data rings true for us at CCFWG as well. In the last year, we have built significant momentum towards fulfilling our mission, and we look forward to a future of even greater strides.

Through such an eventful year, our Board of Directors and staff have worked diligently to improve the lives of women, girls, their families, and our community.  We hope you will continue to join us on our journey, your support is so important to us.

Thank you for taking the time to read our Annual Report, and thank you for all you do for CCFWG!

With deepest gratitude,

Mary Lou Sterge
